Hometown: Dallas, TX
Major: Health Promotion and Disease Prevention
Career Goal: "I would like to become a cardiologist in the future!"
Involvements: "Outside of AED, I am a part of USC's Mobile Clinic, Science Outreach, Southern California Healthcare Outreach, Research @ Mckemy Neurobiology Lab, and Keck Student Ambassadors. I also love to bike and cook in my free time :)"
Favorite AED Memory: "Invite ◡̈"
Why AED?
"AED is a pre-medical organization that fosters a fun-loving community where people can truly lean on one another for support. Whether it's questions about life at USC or specific inquiries about classes to take, AED members are always willing to help one another. As an out-of-state student who is the first in her family to pursue medicine, it took some time to adjust to USC, but the kindness, support, and resources from the AED family was a key factor that helped me not only adjust, but thrive within my time at USC."
What are you looking forward to most about the upcoming year in AED?
I'm really excited for invite, Big/Little reveal, and having an opportunity to meet fun and ambitious people this year!
